We have used Krauss & Crane to maintain and repair our property management property job for over 2 years. They have been punctual and maintained older units in a fine way over the years.  Matthew came yesterday to complete maintenance on 3 AC units and arrived on time and completed work in a timely manner. Had my A/C System replaced. Very satisfied with the entire process from the staff, Jennifer, Stacy, Steve and who ever answered the phone was professional, polite and knowledgeable.
