We bought our system from Krauss and Crane 10 years ago, and the first significant problem required a part that Trane no longer makes -- but they found an equivalent part, got it here, and got it installed, and got us back in our house (it's Florida in August). Jenn in particular organized everything and kept us up to date on what was happening, and Justin ID'd the problem correctly and followed up with 2 more visits to make it all work.
