Before I met one of the owners, I had nothing but bad experiences with the majority of other contractors doing repairs or new installs. K & C have great technicians and very personable office staff. Great company. Made the mistake of buying the new unit from another company. They were arrogant and rude. Should have stayed with Krauss &Crane. Believe me, it won’t happen again.
