Robert Schiller4 days agoWe have been working with K&C for many years for all of our a/c systems and regular maintenance because of our very high satisfaction levels with all aspects of installation and service and cost. Two years ago, we had our prior ac system which K&C installed many years ago replaced with new Trane units. Terrific installation and ongoing service. Today, we had a new Mitsubishi mini-split system installed for an addition to our home. Once again, the men did a terrific job and completed it in a timely fashion. I typically get several bids from local companies for any work to be done. Although I have been 100% satisfied by K&C it is my custom to check the marketplace. K&C offered the best value and our multiyear working relationship continues. We have been consistently impressed by the professionalism and courtesies of the staff. Tyrone Monte8 days agoToday, May 10, 2024. My latest routine service appointment and....Again, K&C demonstrated why they rank #1 in service, responsiveness and customer satisfaction. Very pleased with "Junior". Friendly, polite, took care of business. Like Luke, Jesse, Michael, and all the crew, Junior is a credit to K&C. They are professional and I gladly continue to recommend K&C to new arrivals to Martin County for impeccable AC service needs. Good job! Let's be frank: Krauss & Crane are incomparable. There's a reason why they are the longest serving AC Wizards in this area. From the people that take your call to the skilled, young Technicians, they are focused on customer satisfaction. My new AC was not working well. 😕 l called and was treated politely and with consideration for my plight. Tech acknowledged the oversight that caused my refrigerant to dissipate and he and his buddy fixed it ASAP.
