I had Krauss & Crane provide preventative maintenance service on my 6-yr old 3-ton Trane variable speed A/C. The technician was friendly and professional. I signed a one-yr contract for two service visits. K&C emailed the reports the same day, and results were all okay. 3 yrs prior, I had SKD provide preventative maintenance service and their reports had some fair and poor ratings with no explanation on what the issues were or how to rectify them. I emailed back asking for explanation, and did not receive a response. At a later date they called trying to schedule another service, and I explained their previous lack of response…and I still got no response. So, that’s why I switched to K&C. Read Less
