We have been working with K&C for many years for all of our a/c systems and regular maintenance because of our very high satisfaction levels with all aspects of installation and service and cost. Two years ago, we had our prior ac system which K&C installed many years ago replaced with new Trane units. Terrific installation and ongoing service. Today, we had a new Mitsubishi mini-split system installed for an addition to our home. Once again, the men did a terrific job and completed it in a timely fashion.
I typically get several bids from local companies for any work to be done. Although I have been 100% satisfied by K&C it is my custom to check the marketplace. K&C offered the best value and our multiyear working relationship continues.
We have been consistently impressed by the professionalism and courtesies of the staff.

My new AC was not working well. 😕 l called and was treated politely and with consideration for my plight.
Tech acknowledged the oversight that caused my refrigerant to dissipate and he and his buddy fixed it ASAP.  Every business hopes you like them but frankly, at the end of the day, it's about customer satisfaction 😉  Krauss & Crane deserve kudos on valuing their customer base. 👏

They have been punctual and maintained older units in a fine way over the years.  Matthew came yesterday to complete maintenance on 3 AC units and arrived on time and completed work in a timely manner.
