I have been using Krauss and Crane for 13 years and it’s always been great service and very professional. As for how much I paid, I have a contract which they offer and they always remind me it’s time for service.

We have been working with K&C for many years for all of our a/c systems and regular maintenance because of our very high satisfaction levels with all aspects of installation and service and cost. Two years ago, we had our prior ac system which K&C installed many years ago replaced with new Trane units. Terrific installation and ongoing service. Today, we had a new Mitsubishi mini-split system installed for an addition to our home. Once again, the men did a terrific job and completed it in a timely fashion.
I typically get several bids from local companies for any work to be done. Although I have been 100% satisfied by K&C it is my custom to check the marketplace. K&C offered the best value and our multiyear working relationship continues.
We have been consistently impressed by the professionalism and courtesies of the staff.
What is very important to my wife and i
