Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have been working with K&C for many years for all of our a/c systems and regular maintenance because of our very high satisfaction levels with all aspects of installation and service and cost. Two years ago, we had our prior ac system which K&C installed many years ago replaced with new Trane units. Terrific installation and ongoing service. Today, we had a new Mitsubishi mini-split system installed for an addition to our home. Once again, the men did a terrific job and completed it in a timely fashion.
I typically get several bids from local companies for any work to be done. Although I have been 100% satisfied by K&C it is my custom to check the marketplace. K&C offered the best value and our multiyear working relationship continues.
We have been consistently impressed by the professionalism and courtesies of the staff.
